Greece is preparing the National Strategy on Unmanned Vehicles, which was put forward for public consultation earlier this year! This marks a major milestone toward creating a robust, standardized framework to safely and responsibly integrate unmanned vehicles into its national space. The Strategy focuses on four key areas: Establishing clear regulations and guidelines to promote safe usageEnhancing security and privacy through measures like secure communication and identificationActively fostering the growth of the domestic drone industry via R&D, investment, and supporting SMEsLeveraging drone technology for societal benefit in areas like disaster response, environmental monitoring, and other public applications.
