Earlier this June, Professor George Ellinas from the University of Cyprus represented the EUSOME Project at two major European events in :11-12 June, Horizon Europe Cluster 3 - Civil Security for Society Info Day & Brokerage Event 10-11 June, ERTICO - ITS Europe 1st Annual Partnership Forum Both gatherings brought together experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss the future of mobility, security, and innovation. The Horizon Europe Info Day focused on upcoming funding opportunities and fostered new connections in areas such as disaster resilience, cybersecurity, and border management. The ERTICO Forum presented Europe’s vision for smart, sustainable transport, diving into strategies for automation, connectivity, and public‑private partnerships.
